Background:

I had this post on the burner for a couple of months now, going back and forth on many different perspectives concerning the BLACK MAN-BLACK WOMAN relationships. My ORIGINAL intentions for this post were to address the situation of how our BLACK WOMEN are caught up with the  traps of Western civilization (or the  MATRIX) and how it makes the lives of  SANE BLACK MEN a living hell just  to keep them pleased and satisfied  within those confines.  And ultimately, BLACK WOMEN had to change their MINDSETS so that BLACK MEN can be the MEN we were DESTINED to be.

In the middle of typing this post, I realized BLACK MEN are the NATURAL LEADERS, so when we CHANGE and stand our ground, BLACK WOMEN will follow suit.  And honestly, my ORIGINAL viewpoint came from bruised emotions from past interactions with women. I try to keep my PERSONAL emotions in check in this blog; my better judgment prevailed (thankfully!) and my viewpoint changed as well. 

And this is the end result:

From my OWN marital experience (and many, many others), I have gained a better understanding of the power dynamics how the man-woman relationship SHOULD operate.

I concluded that from the AFRICAN/BLACK-MELANATED perspective, the ONLY, ORIGINAL perspective that matters…

MEN AND WOMEN ARE BOTH HEADS IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH DIFFERENT BUT EQUALLY IMPORTANT ROLES!

Another example:

Together, a mechanical engineer and industrial designer design blueprints for a new car. The engineer will design that car  so it will fulfill its ORIGINAL purpose of  getting from point A to point B effectively and safely.  The industrial designer will design the car to be user friendly for its passengers, as well as look presentable during travel.

As the engineer, The MAN will make sure that car PROVIDES THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM.  As the industrial designer, the WOMAN will concern herself with how it LOOKS AND FUNCTIONS.

Both share a COMMON GOAL for the BENEFIT of BOTH!

 

That’s the basis of the MAN-WOMAN relationship!

 

Unfortunately we live in a patriarch society that glorifies and honors ONLY one type of man…the WHITE MAN!

A deeply INSECURE UNHUMAN CREATURE who has pillaged and decimated many nations of other men, women, children and their land over THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of YEARS.

Unfortunately, just like the followers we are, BLACK MEN have adopted that behavior.

The minds of BLACK WOMEN have been COMPROMISED, due in part to that, as well.

 

Currently, BLACK MEN are at a SEVERELY weakened state.

We are already well-versed with situation concerning our culture being stripped away from us during the Slave Trade and whatnot. Such as gorillas and other animals that are taken out their natural habitat for the BENEFIT and AMUSEMENT of others, our plight  resembles theirs in a tremendous way.

The most UNDERRATED aspect of the BLACK MAN being taken away, or ENSLAVING himself, to another way of life is that in the process lost his manhood. If you have been reading this blog for ANY lengthy amount of time, you should understand that BLACK MEN, BLACK-MELANATED MEN, are different from every other man on the earth.

We can’t be ANY OTHER TYPE OF MAN BUT A BLACK-MELANATED MAN.

We don’t understand melanin.

We don’t understand the metaphysics of nature.

But we don’t understand OURSELVES.

 

As for the BLACK WOMEN, she has been bedazzled and bamboozled by the lifestyle and Western philosophy of the-powers-that-be, or Massa.

In her mind, she believes the  only way to survive is to accept the ways of the Caucasian or European, denouncing herself in the process, because she has no one else to turn to. She has shunned the BLACK MAN for all his shortcomings and failures…

…for refusing to stand up for his family and community in the time of need…

for NOT being the NATURAL visionaries that we are.

And rightfully so. 

Deep down she does not love the BLACK MAN…this version of the BLACK MAN!

How could she truly love and RESPECT a man who only IMITATES another type of man, the WHITE MAN?

To survive HIMSELF? To provide for his FAMILY?

Only to remain in SUBSERVIENT state nevertheless.

WE ARE ONLY IMITATIONS, BLACK MEN!

WE ARE NOT OUR OWN MAN.

 

According to the statistics, BLACK WOMEN are least likely to marry outside of their race than any other group, and are ALSO the least likely to get married AT ALL. Instead of throwing out the tired ole “black women are bitter, mean-spirited *itches” comments, take another look at that situation.

Maybe from a spiritual, metaphysical perspective, on the low, BLACK WOMEN have the backs of BLACK MEN.

Maybe…JUST maybe…she realizes on deeeeper level that one day the STATE of BLACK MEN will naturally rise to the top and take  our rightful place as ORIGINAL MEN OF THIS PLANET.

Overall, BLACK WOMAN as a whole are NOT stupid. In fact…

…they are the SMARTEST, MOST INTELLIGENT BEINGS ON THIS PLANET! (Yeah, I’m kissing their ass, guys!)

Instinctively and intuitively, a smart, CONSCIOUS BLACK WOMAN knows she wants a GOOD, STRONG SEED sewn in her garden, provided by the best possible source: A STRONG BLACK-MELANATED MAN!

She won’t settle for less.

And I have NO problem with that.

But will she follow suit when the BLACK MAN RISES AGAIN?

Food for Thought: WATCH YOUR DEHYDRATED FOODS INTAKE!!

There’s another term to use when describing foods that are ARTIFICIAL, PROCESSED, and DENATURED.

DEHYDRATED!

DEHYDRATED FOODS HAVE NO WATER CONTENT (obviously!)

And we all know that signs of water signal there is LIFE!

Foods without WATER will steal it from your body to be broken down and digested. Thus it is stealing your LIFE just to be processed by the body.

The dehydrated potato chips, cookies, bread, meat, and even dried fruits and vegetables that we ASSUME is healthy will STEAL our LIFELINE OF WATER to be properly digested.

Even my favorite snack of all: Skinny Pop popcorn and roasted green peas.

Fresh produce DOES NOT need any more WATER than it already has within it to be digested, if eaten RAW, STEAMED, or slightly SAUTEED with its WATER CONTENT still intact. Also, the ENERGY/INFORMATION/ LIFE provided by the SUN is located within the WATER CONTENT of that fresh fruit or veggie.

Your body’s internal organs will be very appreciative of the fact you’re eating fresh produce; it won’t feel OVERWORKED and USED because they can keep most it not all of  their WATER CONTENT during the process.

AND…they are receiving something in RETURN from the ORIGINAL LIFE/LIGHT SOURCE.

It’s a GIVE and TAKE relationship, baby! Just like a INTIMATE relationship. Or any type of relationship for that matter.

Does that make sense? It makes sense to me.

You wonder why we have to drink SO MUCH WATER during the day.  If we eat alot of DEHYDRATED foods than we have to replace that LOST WATER.

But then we replace it with poisoned water that contains FLUORIDE AND LEAD AND WHAT EVER ELSE THEY ARE HIDING!!

Damn, they have this shit set up proper!

So Long to “The Greatest”

We lost another legend this past Friday evening June 3, 2016, known as “The Greatest” Muhammad Ali (born Cassius Clay.) Unfortunately, it was a LONNGGG time coming. Due to the violent nature of the boxing profession, Ali became riddled with Parkinson’s Disease (a degenerative nerve disease) in his latter years after his retirement from boxing. It was said that he died from complications with from respiratory issues.

Considering that Ali’s body was ALREADY COMPROMISED from years of physical trauma, severe emotional distress adding up to the aforementioned Parkinson’s Disease, it shouldn’t shock ANYONE that something involving a natural bodily function of breathing to kill off “The Greatest.”

Ali was truly one of a kind.

I wasn’t born when Ali was at the peak of his powers not only as boxer, but as a BLACK-MELANATED human being. So only know what has been shown in documentaries, featured films, and books. It seemed that Ali was not your normal everyday athlete who ABSOLUTELY had no trace of CONSCIOUS whatsoever (**cough** Michael Jordan **cough**), although during his time, athletes (BLACK-MELANATED athletes) like him  were a little more commonplace than they are today with the likes of Jim Brown, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Bill Russell and the such.

The times with which they were on top called for that type of athlete, especially during the 60s and 70s where hot topics such as the Civil Rights Movement, racism, segregation and prejudice, and the Vietnam War dominated the scene.

Oh, how things have NOT CHANGED AT ALL OVER THE YEARS!

Same shit, different toilet (or century.)

 

My original thought was to say that we NEED that type of athlete during this time as well.

To help bridge the gaps that have been slowly separated again over the last 50 to 60 years.

But again I say, SAME SHIT, DIFFERENT CENTURY!

And maybe that was the problem (or PLAN, depending on which side you view it from.)

Muhammad Ali and athletes of his ilk started something that would have been MAGNIFICENT for the people, BLACK-MELANATED PEOPLE, they represented and supported them through THICK and THIN.

Something that would cause BLACK-MELANATED PEOPLE…

To graduate from meaningless athletics that only cater and benefit the elite of society and their machination known as THE MATRIX!

To be the BLACK MEN and BLACK WOMEN we were destined to be, besides what is expected of us by the-powers-that-be.

To help produce the SELF-DETERMINATION in the MINDS of BLACK-MELANATED PEOPLE to escape the whims of Massa and build the civilization that will EMPOWER and ENHANCE EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR LIFE ON THIS PLANET!

 

That something NEVER matured.

And on a GREATER scale, the collective CONSCIOUSNESS of OUR PEOPLE NEVER MATURED.

Somewhere along the way our athletes became COMPLACENT, they became COMFORTABLE. They begin to buy into the trickeration of DIVERSITY AND UNITY OF ALL MEN.

INTEGRATION!

As I said earlier, maybe that was the PLAN all along.

Integrating into their system was never for OUR benefit. It was for Massa’s.

And maybe those athletes never truly understood what was going on. How this whole “WE ARE THE WORLD” nonsense would create havoc for their people. I only hope that if they did, they would have tapped out of the MADNESS a LONG TIME AGO.

OR…maybe they DID. Which I completely understand. We ALL know what happens when we speak out AGAINST the-powers-that-be.

(Sighing shaking my head.)

If you think I’m off on this, only look at our situation today. You can make the case that the PLIGHT of BLACKS have gotten WORSE.

THEY HAVE GOTTEN WORSE!

When are going to start looking INSIDE instead of OUTSIDE OURSELVES for our LIBERATION?

 

Muhammad Ali did many great things within his 74 years of life on this planet, in this PARADIGM. He inspired, and CONTINUES to inspire, the multitudes of people, not only BLACKS, to be more than what is required of themselves.

His determination to be “The Greatest” is something that ALL types of people can relate to.

And what if Ali and athletes like him during that time were only meant to pass the torch to future generations of BLACK athletes,who themselves would be more than their physical gifts offered,  to further the CAUSE of BLACK-MELANATED LIBERATION?

Maybe these future generations are just DROPPING the ball (**cough** Lebron James **cough**.)

Oh, I forgot, it’s all just ENTERTAINMENT anyway.

AGAIN…WHEN ARE WE GOING TO STOP LOOKING INSIDE INSTEAD OF OUTSIDE OURSELVES FOR OUR LIBERATION??

X-MEN: Apocalypse Decoded!

(DO NOT READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE MOVIE YET. THAT IS, IF YOU WISH TO SEE IT.)

I have been waiting for this movie to come out for about a year. I thought I could receive much hidden information from this movie concerning the plight of black-melanated people.

It didn’t disappoint for ME!

Even though the movie only received a so-so reviews from critics, which is present DOUBT to watch the movie.

For the CONSCIOUS few, ENTERTAINMENT SHOULD NOT BE YOUR FOCUS WHEN WATCHING MOVIES.

Gaining KNOWLEDGE should be PRIORITY #1.

It has been said numerous times by those in the know that the X-MEN canon is loosely based on blacks from ancient times. Heck even the creators of X-MEN have admitted on record that Professor Xavier and Magneto were based on the personas of Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X, respectively. That makes sense.

 

Note: My thoughts and perspective on this film is my OWN. My intention is not to influence yours, but to share and dialogue.

 

Let’s begin with the background on the title nemesis Apocalypse. And for your own benefit, please DISREGARD the tired plot of good vs. evil so you can understand clearer.

He is claimed to be the VERY FIRST MUTANT from time immortal. He is able to transfer his consciousness over time from one mutant body to another. This symbolizes ancestral reincarnation and how knowledge and wisdom was passed down amongst the generations of black –melanated people concerning our culture and abilities as a people. This is common belief within ancient African spiritual cultures that still exist to this day.

In the beginning of the movie, set in Egypt 3600 B.C during the HEIGHT of Black civilization NO LESS, this routine transfer procedure was taking place. It occurs in one of the Great Pyramids, with the help of the Horsemen of Apocalypse and Egyptian guards (who are WHITE ARABIC OF COURSE) as well as the rest of the population.

(We all know that Egypt had a predominantly BLACK population during this time period. But this information is NOT promoted in the mainstream.)

The Pyramid is used as the portal for the transfer, which is activated by the SUN (a BLACK MAN/WOMAN’S BEST FRIEND, remember?) The guards, who are secretly against Apocalypse, succeed in disrupting the procedure, defeating Apocalypse and his Horsemen,  rendering him into a coma-like sleep for over 5600 YEARS!!!

According to many sources on ancient Africa, this time frame translates accurately to the downfall of BLACK civilization.

The knowledge of mutant origins was lost. Sound familiar? This symbolizes how our entire culture was lost and signaled the deterioration of OUR advanced civilization. This was a civilization that respected nature and the earth, where all its inhabitants who were blessed with the gift of MELANIN were IN-TUNED with the planet and each other.

In the midst of its FALL, a new highly advanced, albeit destructive, civilization arose it its place.

 

The movie is then shifted to the 1980s, during Cold War times.

The mutant population (symbolizing black-melanated people) is in a fractured state. They are underrepresented and marginalized people, who are unfairly vilified and dehumanized by regular humans (symbolizing the majority of Caucasian, European population.) In one scene, the mutants Nightcrawler and the winged Angel are forced to battle to the death in front of, I assume, an all non-mutant crowd, which symbolizes blacks participating in meaningless sports to please the masses of FOOLS. Also, we get a good glimpse of the main X-MEN characters during this time.

Mystique, the transforming blue-colored mutant, has resorted to hiding behind her regular human form to survive, just like many blacks fit into Western civilization through white-washed appearances to blend in.

The mutant king of metal Magneto (with the persona of Malcolm X, remember?) has succumbed to a regular human life of metal-making (go figure!) with a wife and mutant child on the side. He understands the TRUE nature of  regular people he serves but only wishes to live a life away from his past transgressions (symbolizing his black radicalism) towards the-powers-that-be in the previous X-MEN installments.

Professor Xavier (with the M.L.K. persona before M.L.K. became RADICAL himself) and Beast run the Xavier Institute for the Gifted, with young mutant students such as Jean Grey and Cyclops. This symbolizes how blacks, knowingly and unknowingly, indoctrinate themselves into the current system from kindergarten to post-secondary (or college.) Professor X knows the capabilities of regular humans and how their fear could ultimately lead to disaster for the mutants, but he believes fitting into THEIR society will benefit the mutant’s welfare.

During this time back in present-day Egypt, a secret society (symbolizing underground radicalized blacks) has sought to bring about the awakening of Apocalypse (symbolizing black man/woman awakening.) The CIA has been keeping tabs on this society (symbolizes how the FBI/CIA has blocked/prevented Black liberation over the years.) They are successful with their task, and Apocalypse arises  from his 5600 PLUS years slumber.Apocalypse notices the predicament in the current world landscape he wakens to making statements such as “the weak has taken over the earth” and calling those in charge “false gods”, which symbolizes whites in control in reality. He recruits a young Storm, Angel, Magneto, and the telepathic and telekinetic mutant Psylocke to rebuild his Horsemen. He enhances their powers in the process (symbolizing their awakening to their gift of blackness, or MELANIN.) His goal is to bring an end to the current paradigm and bring about another world conducive to willing mutants, symbolizing the end to Western civilization and returning the planet to its ORIGINAL PEOPLE!

Raven returns to Professor Xavier (which is a TRICK to the UNAWAKENED) to warn him of the ensuing cataclysm, but it is too late as Apocalypse kidnaps the Professor and has plans to use him as his NEXT host to transfer his consciousness to. He is enamored by the Professor’s ability to CONNECT with all living beings, regular and mutant, having the POTENTIAL to control their minds as well. He tells the Professor that he does not need a “machine” to enhance his telepathic powers (symbolizing a time in the past where BLACKS were so connected within themselves that there was NOT A NEED for external materialism or devices because they had the gift of MELANIN.)

So of course, the X-MEN go and fight Apocalypse and his new set of Horsemen to prevent the transfer.

Quick note: Apocalypse is able to create a pyramid from SCRAP METAL, gathered by Magneto, with the use of his powers ALONE.  This brings to question how the Great Pyramids  were REALLY built, considering that BLACKS built the Pyramids and AGAIN, NO ONE HAS EVER REPLICATED THEM!

At first, Apocalypse vanquish the X-MEN with ease with the help of his Horsemen, but soon thereafter, Storm and Magneto defect from the team (losing their awakening), and Angel and Psylocke are defeated. This leaves only Apocalypse to fight the X-MEN and the newly defected Storm and Magneto. Apocalypse is able to hold off the surge until the meek but supremely telepathically GIFTED  Jean Grey is prompted by a near-dead Professor Xavier to  unleash her powers, destroying Apocalypse for good (I was disappointed.)

Symbolically at that moment, Jean Grey represents the one thing that truly prevents the AWAKENING OF BLACKS AS A WHOLE all over the globe: BLACK WOMEN’S’ unwillingness to break from the CURRENT PARADIGM!!! IF ALL HUMAN LIFE BEGINS AND ENDS WITH THE BLACK WOMAN, THEN IT’S SAFE TO SAY THAT OVERALL CONSCIOUSNESS IS DICTATED BY THE BLACK WOMAN!!!

To consider that possibility,  we MUST assume that mutants represent BLACKS as I reiterated before. Imagine the white X-MEN characters  are the WHITEWASHED representation to HIDE that fact.

They add insult to injury by BAMBOOZLING an already UNCONSCIOUS audience to believe that the WHITE WOMAN is our SAVIOR when the WHITE REPRESENTATION of Jean Grey comes to the rescue at the movie’s end (smh.)

 

The movie is scripted in such a way that it SUBCONSCIOUSLY programs your mind to be against any entity that threatens the STATUS QUO, of THE MATRIX. With a closer look, Apocalypse DOES NOT ACTUALLY cause any actual harm to any civilians unless he feels threatened. And any mutants that were harmed, it was caused in part by their ignorance to protect the STATUS QUO, choosing not to embrace or even consider Apocalypse’s perspective/point of view.

Just like mutants , X-MEN, BLACKS who are not CONSCIOUS continue to fight against their OWN FREEDOM AND LIBERATION without any realization or thought to what they are doing. We have been TOLD what is GOOD and what is EVIL since birth, not even considering or even entertaining the idea that maybe what we find as EVIL could be for our OWN BENEFIT.

But if we want to continue to INTEGRATE into “burning house”, as Martin said many years ago right before his assassination, believing that us mutants are just like everyone else in this world, WE WILL SOON FALL INTO THE ABYSS LIKE THAT REST OF THE REGULARS!!!

Melatonin is a powerful antioxidant and free radical scavenger that helps ‘cool down’ excess inflammation. In fact, melatonin is so integral to the health of your immune system that a lack of it causes your thymus gland, a key component of your immune system, to shrink in size.1

And, like serotonin, melatonin plays important roles in your physical and mental health. Studies have shown that insufficient melatonin production can set you up for:

Decreased immune function Accelerated cancer cell proliferation and tumor growth (including leukemia)
Blood pressure instability Decreased free radical scavenging
Increased plaques in the brain, like those seen with Alzheimer’s disease Increased risk of osteoporosis
Diabetic microangiopathy (capillary damage) Depression and/or seasonal affective disorder (SAD)

Melatonin’s Impressive Role in Fighting Cancer

Peer-reviewed and published research has shown melatonin offers particularly strong protection against reproductive cancers. Cells throughout your body — even cancer cells — have melatonin receptors.

So when melatonin makes its nightly rounds (its production peaks during the night), cell division slows. When this hormone latches onto a breast cancer cell, it has been found to counteract estrogen’s tendency to stimulate cell growth.

In fact, melatonin has a calming effect on several reproductive hormones, which may explain why it seems to protect against sex hormone-driven cancers, including ovarian, endometrial, breast, prostate and testicular cancers.   • Women who live in neighborhoods with large amounts of nighttime illumination are more likely to get breast cancer than those who live in areas where nocturnal darkness prevails, according to an Israeli study6
  • From participants in the Nurses’ Health Study, it was found that nurses who work nights had 36 percent higher rates of breast cancer7
  • Blind women, whose eyes cannot detect light and so have robust production of melatonin, have lower-than-average breast cancer rates8
  • When the body of epidemiological studies are considered in their totality, women who work night shift are found to have breast cancer rates 60 percent above normal, even when other factors such as differences in diet are accounted for9

Can Melatonin Help You Fight Fat?

A new study by Spanish scientists suggests that reducing unhealthy weight gain can now be added to melatonin’s impressive roster of benefits. They found that consuming melatonin stimulates the appearance of ‘beige’ fat, which, similar to brown fat, is a heat-generating type of fat that helps your body to burn calories rather than store them. This, the researchers believe, may explain why melatonin helps control body weight, along with its metabolic benefits.

Science Daily reported:10

The study… showed that chronic administration of melatonin sensitizes the thermogenic effect of exposure to cold, heightens the thermogenic effect of exercise and, therefore, constitutes excellent therapy against obesity.

The fact is that one of the key differences between ‘beige fat,’ which appears when administering melatonin, and ‘white fat,’ is that ‘beige fat’ cell mitochondria express levels of UCP1 protein, responsible for burning calories and generating heat.”

Though this wasn’t discussed in the study, it’s also well proven that lack of sleep is linked to obesity, while if you’re not getting enough sleep, there’s a good chance your melatonin production is not up to par either. The disturbance to your melatonin levels caused by lack of sleep may be one more reason why it leads to weight gain, and this could have far-reaching impacts on your health.

Help for Heart Disease, Headaches, Diabetes and Osteoporosis?

Newer areas of research surrounding melatonin include its role in heart and bone health. Specifically, research suggests it may have beneficial effects for heart disease, including reducing the severity of high blood pressure, limiting the frequency of heart failure and protecting against drug-related damage to the heart.11Also noteworthy, research has shown that taking melatonin before bed reduced the frequency of migraine headaches by half (or more) after three months,12 as well as may be useful for restoring imbalances in bone remodeling to prevent bone loss.13 Finally, recent research showed that people who secrete lower levels of melatonin have double the risk of developing type 2 diabetes compared to those with the highest levels,14 suggesting a protective role for the hormone with this disease as well.

If You Turn On a Light at Night, You’re Stopping Your Melatonin Production

Given its myriad of invaluable benefits, you certainly want to do all you can to protect your body’s natural production of this hormone. In humans as with all mammals, your biological clock resides in the suprachiasmatic nucleus of your brain (SCN), which is part of your hypothalamus. Based on signals of light and darkness, your SCN tells your pineal gland when it’s time to secrete melatonin. Light comes in through your eyes and travels up your optic nerves to the SCN, which is exquisitely sensitive to cycles of light and darkness.

When you turn on a light at night, you immediately send your brain misinformation about the light-dark cycle. The only thing your brain interprets light to be is day. Believing daytime has arrived, your biological clock instructs your pineal gland to immediately cease its production of melatonin. Whether you have the light on for an hour or for just a second, the effect is the same — and your melatonin pump doesn’t turn back on when you flip the light back off.

Since humans evolved in the glow of firelight, the yellow, orange and red wavelengths don’t suppress melatonin production the way white and blue wavelengths do. In fact, the range of light that inhibits melatonin is fairly narrow — 460 to 480 nm. If you want to protect your melatonin, when the sun goes down you would shift to a low-wattage bulb with yellow, orange or red light. Dr. Russel Reiter suggests using a salt lamp illuminated by a 5-watt bulb in this color range.

How to Improve and Protect Your Melatonin Production

If you’re wondering how to ensure that you’re getting enough melatonin, supplementation may be beneficial but it is FAR more beneficial and certainly less expensive to have your body produce its own melatonin. Small quantities are also found in foods like Goji berries, almonds, sunflower seeds, coriander and cherries, but, again, when you optimize your own production you will get the “perfect” dose of melatonin for you. The way to do this is to improve your sleep hygiene, which will in turn help you optimize your melatonin production.   • Avoid watching TV or using your computer in the evening,at least an hour or so before going to bed. These devices emit blue light, which tricks your brain into thinking it’s still daytime. Normally, your brain starts secreting melatonin between 9 pm and 10 pm, and these devices emit light that may stifle that process.
  • Make sure you get BRIGHT sun exposure regularly. Your pineal gland produces melatonin roughly in approximation to the contrast of bright sun exposure in the day and complete darkness at night. If you are in darkness all day long, it can’t appreciate the difference and will not optimize your melatonin production.
  • Sleep in complete darkness, or as close to it as possible. Even the slightest bit of light in your bedroom can disrupt your biological clock and your pineal gland’s melatonin production. Even the tiniest glow from your clock radio could be interfering with your sleep, so cover your clock radio up at night or get rid of it altogether. Move all electrical devices at least three feet away from your bed. You may want to cover your windows with drapes or blackout shades, or wear an eye mask when you sleep.
  • Install a low-wattage yellow, orange or red light bulb if you need a source of light for navigation at night. Light in these bandwidths does not shut down melatonin production in the way that white and blue bandwidth light does. Salt lamps are handy for this purpose.
  • Keep the temperature in your bedroom no higher than 70 degrees F. Many people keep their homes too warm (particularly their upstairs bedrooms). Studies show that the optimal room temperature for sleep is between 60 to 68 degrees F.
  • Take a hot bath 90 to 120 minutes before bedtime. This increases your core body temperature, and when you get out of the bath it abruptly drops, signaling your body that you are ready to sleep.
  • Avoid using loud alarm clocks. Being jolted awake each morning can be very stressful. If you are regularly getting enough sleep, you might not even need an alarm.
  • Get some sun in the morning, if possible. Your circadian system needs bright light to reset itself. Ten to 15 minutes of morning sunlight will send a strong message to your internal clock that day has arrived, making it less likely to be confused by weaker light signals during the night. More sunlight exposure is required as you age.
  • Be mindful of electromagnetic fields in your bedroom. EMFs can disrupt your pineal gland and its melatonin production, and may have other negative biological effects as well. A gauss meter is required if you want to measure EMF levels in various areas of your home.

What are BLACK MEN sacrificing by ASSIMILATING into a PREDOMINANTLY WHITE WORKPLACE?

Working for another type of MAN?

  • Our dignity,
  • Our sense of SELF,
  • Leverage for our FREEDOM,
  • True RESPECT from our families and community, *especially our wives

How can our BLACK WIVES honestly love and respect their  BLACK HUSBANDS who serve a MAN who has no regard for their lives?

Factoring in that the traditional roles for men and women have swapped (*intentionally) with women overall becoming the sole breadwinners. You can’t tell me that DOES NOT change the psyche of women towards men IN GENERAL.

Are our BLACK WIVES actually in love with the LIFESTYLE offered by said MAN and his TECHNOLOGY…OR COULD IT BE THAT OUR BLACK WIVES LOVE THAT MAN MORE SO THAN THEIR BLACK HUSBANDS?

The Bible is valid (*although it’s been tampered with) and I agree with this verse. But it DOES NOT mention HOW that work should be performed, who it should be performed FOR, and what ACTUALLY is WORK!

Context is important of course.

Man (nor WO-MAN) was NOT made to be IDLE; these bodies were created to MOVE and BE ACTIVE!

Due to our MELANIN CONTENT , the CONCEPT of WORK for BLACK MEN goes well beyond the boundaries set by the-powers-that-be (or CAUCASIANS) that suppresses our TRUE POTENTIAL to maintain THE MATRIX. We are SUFFOCATED through menial labor, tokenism, and illusions of caste elevation through our OWN efforts of Uncle Tomfoolery and SELF-HATE.

And it doesn’t matter if you are an *BLACK BUSINESS OWNER or not; we operate in an environment that is TOXIC to a BLACK AWAKENING! I mentioned something similar in a recent post, about doing what the Romans do

We are better than that!

WE ARE VISIONARIES OF THE HIGHEST ORDER ON EARTH!

WE CAN CREATE AND BUILD ANYTHING FROM NOTHING (DARK MATTER, BABY!)

WE ARE THE MOST SPIRITUAL AND COSMICALLY IN-TUNED TO THE UNIVERSE!

OUR type of WORK will give us the ability to grow and mature in our MANHOOD as our ancestors did, who ruled the earth thousands of years ago.

OUR type of WORK will put the BLACK WOMAN back on the pedestal where she rightfully belongs. It will return the BLACK WOMAN’S overall confidence and respect for her BLACK MAN that has been lost over the centuries.

OUR type of WORK will be passed on through our SEED, good STRONG seed, to sustain and maintain a REALITY that can be PROSPEROUS for the MANY GENERATIONS OF STRONG, SECURE BLACK MEN to follow. Here’s a little secret BLACK MEN: YOU CAN CHANGE THE SEED YOU SEW IF YOU DECIDE TO CHANGE! Something to think about, huh?

 

BLACK MEN, ask yourself, HONESTLY, if your WORK meets the criteria above. Let’s take our *NEED FOR *DEAD PAPER out of the equation and let’s pretend we are not under the wrath of this PARASITIC, CAPITALISTIC system. And the fact we have to FEED OUR FAMILIES WITH A TOXIC WESTERNIZED LIFESTYLE.

Granted, my list is not the end-all-be-all, but I DO believe it’s spot-on for the most part. And I’m not perfect myself. I can improve in the WORK department as well. And I have…I think.

 

Mentioned in What Sparked My Transformation (Part 1), I don’t have a regular 9 to 5. I am a FULL-TIME FATHER (sounds better than STAY-AT-HOME DAD!) which I take very seriously.  That’s my WORK, and I DO think that I’m affecting REAL, SUSTAINING CHANGE in my daughters’ lives in some capacity. I believe I’m meeting my criteria in some form or fashion: feeding them foods that will help them grow in great health and also their BLACKNESS, and keeping them out in the SUN as much as I can, because remember, THE SUN OF COURSE IS OUR MAIN BENEFACTOR!

I think they’ve benefited from their father having a transformation as well. Not to mention the MANY others in my life, including my followers, meaning…

This blog classifying as MY WORK. I think I have caused some people to think and become CONSCIOUS a little. That makes me proud and UPLIFTS me. Even though I’m not getting paid nor do I want to. A person’s, especially a black-melanated one, awakening means much more than DEAD PAPER.

BLACK MEN, that’s the effect we SHOULD be looking for!

 

Through this entire post, I haven’t commented on the fact that ,BLACK MEN, we work in areas that are hazardous to our health, physically and metaphysically.

The factories with the many UNNATURAL chemicals that could kill us over time through contact and inhalation, the offices we work in with tons of ARTIFICIAL LIGHT emitting from light bulbs and the computers, traveling from city to city on insufficient amount of sleep to gain more clientele, etc.,etc., ETC.!

We’re under a tremendous amount of stress from MASSA to produce for MASSA’S EMPIRE!

Shouldn’t be surprised to understand why one of the leading causes of death for BLACK MEN is related to the HEART.

We really put our BLOOD, SWEAT, and TEARS into this NONSENSE.

Again I ask BLACK MEN, does this CURRENT scenario meet the criteria?

 

You should know the answer to that question at this point.

The Importance of the Pineal Gland, OR YOUR THIRD EYE

Just the facts on this post, no preaching today folks! (lol)

Mentioned in the Melanin Production post, the pineal gland is where the production of melanin takes place, inside and outside your body. Also mentioned is the fact that the pineal gland needs SUNLIGHT, which is mainly received through the retina of your eyes.

Hence the nickname THE THIRD EYE for the pineal gland.

The health and vitality of the pineal gland is important for your ability to tap into thoughts and consciousness that is BEYOND this current 3D paradigm, or PRISON.

  • The Pineal Gland helps to regulate the hypothalamus glands release factors that stimulate the pituitary to secrete the Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and aides the Lutenizing Hormone (LH). FSH stimulates the ovaries and the movement of sperm and LH stimulates egg and sperm production. Consequently, a Black person with an under-stimulated Pineal Gland or one that uses drugs or eats processed (junk food) foods will harm the Pineal Gland and have reproductive problems.
  • The Pineal Gland regulates insulin levels, the adrenal cortex and the Adrenocorticotropic Hormone (ACTH). ACTH is secreted by the *Pituitary Gland and is essential for physical and mental growth and development. In other words, a Black person’s level of thinking (mental growth) needed to solve their race’s problems cannot be achieved with a low amount of Melanin caused by an under-stimulated Pineal Gland.
  • The Melanin secreted by the Pineal Gland aides the posterior Pituitary’s effect on the hormone Oxytocin. Oxytocin stimulates uterine contraction during the birth of a baby. Oxytocin is similar to morphine, it is one of the main hormones that causes people to bond to each other…
  • The Pineal Gland’s ability to secrete Melanin is SUNLIGHT DEPENDENT…
  • Sunlight deprivation results in an under-stimulated Pineal Gland causing the child to grow up and become an adult with decreased reproductive function (decreased gonad weight.) In adult adult animals that have no reproductive organ (gonad) due to castration, the Pineal Gland gets small and the Pituitary gets large.
  • The under-stimulated Pineal Gland decreases the reproductive organs response to Gonadotrophins (fertility drug.) This causes a decrease weight of the ovaries and testicles. The Pineal Gland increases sperm production and helps female fertility.
  • The Pineal Gland increases progesterone hormone (sex hormone that regulates menstrual cycle, pregnancy, etc. made by the Corpus Luteum.)

The Pineal Gland is the core regulator of how much of this biological life you are able to resonate with at any particular time, and it actually is on a cyclic interchange. So we know for example in Solar System there appears to be what People have been trained to call daytime and night time, and we know there are certain things that happen during daytime and night time, because as frequency of light changes the temperature also changes. And so with the Pineal Gland being a regulator, of the modulation of the activity of Melanin, this it does, it the modulator and it is a regulator for the activity of Melanin. So the Pineal Gland does two things primarily as far as chemical activity. Daytime it creates a chemical known as *Serotonin and during night time (Shadow Hours) it creates a Chemical (AL CHEMICAL) known as *Melatonin. Serotonin is needed to allow the cells to begin to become very active in discharging waste, and absorbing nutrients…At night time Melatonin comes out in darkness, and the Brain has to be sealed off the light, so the eyes have to be closed, to activate Melanin stimulating Hormones. This stimulates the process of Melatonin; from the Pineal Gland Melatonin is released into the blood stream, to cause the cells to now begin to use the nutrients during the day and to rebuild the cells. So literally you’re supposed to die during the daytime and be regenerated during the night.

Remember…

  • Get plenty of SUNLIGHT, NOT ARTIFICIAL LIGHT! Sweat the impurities out of your body TOO when you exercise as well!
  • Get sufficient amounts of sleep during the night with no TV, RADIO, OR LAMPS LEFT ON!

This will benefit your well-being and livelihood with efficient production of Melanin, your MAIN LIFELINE.

Ask yourself this question: IS THE LIFE YOU ARE LIVING CONDUCIVE TO THAT?

Random Thought: Dusting off the Map book

The signal in my IPhone went out on me all of sudden last week. And to be honest I wasn’t that upset about it.

Here are three of my reasons WHY.

1. I’ve come to the realization that Apple makes some CHEAP ASS phones and their customer service, especially at the Apple Store, feels like I’m rolling through the assembly line; so I won’t be missing much from the MONOTONOUS fruit company.

2. I was beginning to not use my phone for everything it was built to do over the last couple of months, ceasing useless Internet browsing and gaming activities for example; I was only having my standard daily conversations through talk n’ text.

Sounds boring, huh?

Plus, *considering that cellphones have been ALLEGED to cause incidents of cancer and other physical ailments, I can only imagine what smartphones can do to you, BLACK MAN/WOMAN, with more ticks and bells added to it, which leads me to…

3. Besides the fact I’m NOT eligible for an upgrade for over FOUR months with my service provider, it gives me the opportunity to make good on a secret low-key goal I’ve had in the past 6 months: ditching my smartphone and going BACK to the BASICS…the basic flip phone.

I know, right?! I’m becoming too extreme for my own good TOO fast. But here me out…

(Note: By the time this post is published, I would have received my flip phone.)

I’m contemplating all the things I WON’T miss with the smartphone (“I’ll take sucky battery life for $500, Alex”) and I haven’t thought about the ONE THING I will miss the most: the GPS app!

For the followers not familiar with my background, I used to collect highway and city maps as a child and would read them all the time. It was my thing. I wanted to know where I was going and how to get there. And family would ALWAYS ask me for directions because of it; sometimes I felt like they were being funny because the questions seemed trivial (sorry, fam!) but nevertheless it gave me a small sense of purpose. Also, I’ve ALWAYS had this keen sense of direction whether I knew how to get to my destination or NOT.

So I RARELY got lost. Knowing the road and being on the road…it was my special comfort zone.

With the death of my IPhone, I’m beginning to realize how RUSTY I am with my SIXTH SENSE OF DIRECTION, and how DEPENDENT I became with the GPS.

I didn’t have to THINK! I lost CONSCIOUSNESS concerning my ability to discern directions.

Oh, how technology has PUT US TO SLEEP!

When the day comes when technology is made moot and UNAVAILABLE, and *that day may come sooner that we think.

Another post for another day.

But anyway, I have an opportunity to dust off my maps (actually BUY some new, up-to-date maps), and begin to use the SIXTH SENSE again like back in the old days. Start to pay more attention to street names and the surroundings again. Instead of depending on a EXTERNAL DEVICE for assistance, I will use this noggin of mine AND my maps if need be as my guide…

Or I can just print off directions before I leave the house.  Or invest in a TOMTOM GPS system (do they still make those?)

Sounds like I’m still depending on TECHNOLOGY to do the job?

“Look, ALL TECHNOLOGY is not bad, man.”

I’m sure it’s not, but with ALL relationships, there’s going to be GIVE and TAKE.

Take the TECHNOLOGY, give up your INNATE abilities.

Can’t think for SELF.

 

So…HOW MUCH TECHNOLOGY IS TOO MUCH?
