- HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP
This cheap, addictive form of sugar is both addictive and destructive. Prior to its creation during the 1980s, sugar was derived from sugar cane and beets. The use of high fructose corn syrup has brought monstrous profits to food companies and pharmaceutical companies, while leaving citizens battling obesity and other ailments as a result of consuming this cheap sugar. Unfortunately, for American citizens HFCS is in most packaged goods, limiting the choices one has of eating foods without it.
Please read this article for more information on High Fructose Corn Syrup:
Anjinomoto is a Japanese drug manufacture that is also the world’s number one manufacturer of MSG. MSG is usually associated with Chinese food but it is prevalent in thousands of foods Americans consume daily, from chicken stock to corn starch. According to neurosurgeon Dr. Russel Blaylock taste enhancers such as “ACCENT’ are very damaging to the human body. Even the FDA has acknowledged the dangers of MSG, linking it to:
- Learning disabilities
- Eye Damage
- Alzheimer’s disease
- Parkinson’s disease
- Lou Gehrig’s disease
- PINK SLIME
Using common sense one does not believe all the ground beef served worldwide derives from only beef. Even with the use of steroids the cows still have to grow, be slaughtered, packaged and shipped. Due to the demand, meat producers utilize filler called LFTB (lean finely textured beef) and BLBT (boneless beef trimmings) also known as “pink slime.” In layman’s terms, companies take the fat trimmings and gristle and treat it with extreme heat, ammonia gas, and citric acid making into a consistency similar to the ground beef and use it as a filler. Due to pressure McDonald’s claims to have banned the use of pink slime in their burgers but what about those other greedy beef manufacturers?
Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) are crops turned science projects that harm the human body. The biggest culprit of GMO is a billion-dollar conglomerate called Monsanto. Monsanto has done unprecedented damage to Mother Earth and her children. Monsanto is also responsible for Agent Orange, which still has Vietnamese birthing mutated children with arms growing out of their backs due its use in chemical warfare during the Vietnam War. The most common GMO foods are:
- Canola (Majority of fried foods are fried in canola oil.)
- Sugar Beets
- SALT WATER INJECTIONS
Known as plumping, salt water injections are an effort to increase the weight of a chicken, making it heavier and, hence more profitable. By doing this, chicken producers are also increasing the sodium level of the chicken by 500%. Consumers are only purchasing 85 % chicken and 15% salt water.
- CARBON MONOXIDE
This ingredient is used with a mixture of chemicals used to keep meats and fish looking fresh. Carbon monoxide is a pollutant released from running cars, so why are food companies using this poisonous gas that has been used in numerous suicide attempts as an additive to food? Scientists are aware of the deadly effects on humans and animals that are exposed to carbon monoxide. In a society where profits come before humanity, companies utilize this toxic gas to prolong the presentation of meats and fish.

- AFRTIFICIAL SWEETNERS ( Aspartame and Sucralose)
These two sugar-enhancing science projects are fixtures in kitchen cupboards, delis, coffee shops, teacher lounges, and offices, silently destroying those who consume it.
Aspartame (NutraSweet, Equal, NatraSweet, Canderel, Spoonfuls, DiabetiSweet)
Dr. Roberts reports that by 1998, aspartame products were the cause of 80% of complaints to the FDA about food additives. Some of these symptoms include headache, dizziness, change in mood, vomiting or nausea, abdominal pain and cramps, change in vision, diarrhea, seizures/convulsions, memory loss, and fatigue.
Spleanda promises to reduce one’s intake of sugar; however it damages the liver and kidneys.
Its absorption by the digestive system may explain why researchers at Duke University in 2008 found that Splenda negatively alters gut microflora in rats and may limit the bioavailability of drugs and nutrients (The study can be found here as published in the Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health.) A myriad other studies showing Splenda’s adverse effects—ranging from bowel disturbances, kidney mineralization, and tumor growth—can be reviewed here.

- Panic attacks
- Mood swings
- Blurred vision
- Weight gain
