Myth 1: GMOs are an“invention” of corporations, and therefore can be patented and owned. Living organisms, including seeds, thus become the “intellectual property” of the GMO industry. Using these property rights, corporations can forcibly prevent farmers from saving and sharing seeds, and can collect royalties on their patented products. A Monsanto representative is on record stating that his company wrote the intellectual property agreement of the World Trade Organization (WTO). He added that they were the “patient, diagnostician, physician”; they defined the problem — farmers save seeds — and offered a solution: seed saving should be made illegal.
The claim to invention is a myth because genetic engineering does not create a plant or an organism; it is merely a tool to transfer genes across species. Living organisms are self-organizing, self-replicating systems. They make themselves. Unlike machines, they cannot be engineered. There are only two ways of introducing genes from unrelated species: one is the use of a gene gun, the other is through plant cancer. Just as a mover of furniture is not the maker or owner of the house to which the furniture is moved, the GMO industry is merely the mover of genes from one organism to another, not the creator or inventor of the organism, including seeds and plants. Through the false claim of “invention” and creation, the GMO industry is appropriating millions of years of nature ‘s evolution, and thousands of years of farmers’ breeding.
Myth 2: Genetic engineering is more accurate and precise than conventional breeding. All breeding has been based on breeding within the same species: rice is bred with rice, wheat with wheat, corn with corn.
The tools of genetic engineering allow the introduction of genes from unrelated species into a plant, and include genes from bacteria, scorpions, fish, and cows. The introduction of genes from unrelated species is a blind technology, neither accurate nor precise. When genes are introduced into the cells of a plant using a gene gun, it is not known if the cell has absorbed the gene or not. That is why every GMO also uses an antibiotic-resistance marker gene, to separate cells that have absorbed the gene from those that have not. This means that every GMO in food has antibiotic-resistance genes that can mix with bacteria in the human gut and aggravate the crisis of antibiotic resistance we are currently facing.
Further, since the introduced gene does not belong to the organism, genes from virulent viruses are added as “promoters” to express the trait for which genes have been introduced. These additional transformations are evidence of the unreliability and inaccuracy of the gene transfer technology. Moreover, nothing is known about what these genes do when they enter our body as food. In the case of herbicide-tolerant crops like Roundup Ready soy and corn, the combination that needs to be considered for its impact on the environment and on health is both Roundup (glyphosate) and the new genes in the food crop.
Myth 3: GMOs are just like naturally occurring organisms, and are therefore safe. Myth 3 is inconsistent with myth 1. To establish ownership, the GMO industry claims novelty. To avoid responsibility for adverse impact, it claims naturalness. I have called this “ontological schizophrenia.” GMOs have an impact on the environment, on our health, and on farmers’ socioeconomic status; that is why we have an international UN Biosafety Protocol.
I was appointed a member of the expert group that worked on the framework of the protocol to implement Article 19.3 of the Convention on Biological Diversity. The unscientific principle of “substantial equivalence” has been institutionalized in order to avoid research on biosafety. Substantial equivalence assumes that the GMO is substantially equivalent to the parent organism. This leads to a “don’t look, don’t see, don’t find” policy, and not having looked for impacts, GMOs are declared “safe.” Ignorance of impacts, however, is not proof of safety.
There is as yet no proof of safety.
Myth 4: GMOs are based on cutting-edge science; GMO critics are “antiscience.” Genetic engineering is based on an obsolete paradigm of genetic determinism, a linear and deterministic flow of information from genes, which are called “master molecules,” to proteins. Francis Crick called this the “central dogma” of molecular biology. Genetic determinism assumes that genes are atoms of biological determinism, with one gene carrying one trait, and determining the traits in an organism. But these are assumptions that come from the idea of control and domination; this is patriarchal ideology, not science.
Cutting-edge science teaches us that these assumptions are false. Genes are fluid, not fixed.
Each gene contributes to multiple traits; each trait is an expression of many genes acting in concert. As Richard Lewontin states in the doctrine of DNA:
DNA is a dead molecule, among the most non-reactive chemically inert molecules in the world. It has no power to reproduce itself. When we refer to genes as self-replicating, we endow them with a mysterious, autonomous power that seems to place them above the more ordinary materials of the body. Yet if anything in the world can be said to be self-replicating, it is not the gene, but the entire organism as a complex system.
Living organisms, including seed, are self-organized, complex systems; moreover, genes are influenced by the environment, as the new discipline of epigenetics shows.
On the basis of the latest and independent science, leading scientists across the world have contributed to the new science of biosafety; and corporate ideology, parading as science, has launched a brutal, violent, and unscientific attack on every scientist speaking the truth about GMOs on the basis of detailed scientific research on the impact of GMOs. This includes Dr. Arpad Pusztai, Dr. Ignacio Chapela, Dr. Eric Seralini, and me.
The GMO debate is science versus ideology, with GMOs being promoted through blind ideology — the ideology of mechanistic, reductionist, deterministic assumptions about the world, combining with the ideology of unbridled corporate greed.
Myth 5: GMOs increase yields and are the answer to world hunger. Genetic engineering as a tool for the transfer of genes is not a breeding technology; it does not contribute to breeding high yielding crops. Yields come from conventional breeding; all that genetic engineering does is add a Bt toxin gene or a gene for herbicide tolerance, and antibiotic-resistance marker and virus genes. These do not increase production of food, but they do contribute to the production of risks from toxins and antibiotic resistance.
Even the argument that GMOs increase yield indirectly by controlling weeds and pests is incorrect because rather than controlling pests and weeds, Bt GMOs have contributed to the emergence of new pests and superpests resistant to the Bt toxin, and herbicide-resistant crops have led to superweeds resistant to Roundup. Hence, new GMOs have now been developed that are resistant to 2,4-D, an ingredient of Agent Orange.
When one notes the fact that when Roundup is sprayed, food crops are destroyed, GMO cultivation in fact leads to a decline in food and nutrition production at the systems level. As Navdanya studies show, biodiverse organic systems can increase nutrition per acre, and have the potential to feed two Indias.
Myth 6: GMOs reduce chemical use and are therefore environmentally beneficial. Two applications of genetic engineering account for most commercial planting, Bt crops, and HT crops. Herbicide-tolerant crops account for 63 percent of the cultivation of GM crops. Bt crops have led to an increase in pesticide use because of new pests and pest resistance in the bollworm. As the Directorate of Plant Protection shows, pesticide use has increased with the increase of Bt cotton cultivation. Herbicide-tolerant crops are designed to make crops resistant to herbicide spraying.
Myth 7: GMOs promote free choice. The myth of “free choice” begins with a “free market” and “free trade.” When five transnational corporations control the seed market, it is not a free market, it is a cartel.
When corporations write the rules of “free trade,” it is corporate dictatorship, not free trade.
When enforcing patents and intellectual property rights (IPR) laws written by themselves, corporations prevent farmers from saving seed; it is not “free choice,” it is seed slavery.
In India, Monsanto has locked local seed companies into licensing agreements to only sell Bt cotton. The labels have different names, but they are all “Bollgard,” Monsanto’s Bt cotton. This is illusionary “free choice”: the reality is seed monopoly.
When corporations spend millions to prevent the labeling of GMOs and deny citizens the right to know and the right to choose, free choice is being stifled.

Fluoride is used as a method for social control, calcifies your pineal gland (THIRD EYE), and is straight up POISON. I suggest you find some toothpaste that doesn’t have any this SHIT in it, and buy a million gallons of alkaline water from your local grocery store that carries it and drink and/or bathe in it.
Of move to the nearest natural spring water you can find.
But I heard the US government have them guarded like Area 51.
Once you find out the hidden history behind fluoride, you will never intentionally ingest it again! Fluoride is commonly found in water supplies and toothpaste, but you will also find it in processed foods made with tap water as well as in chemtrails. Fluoride is a toxic waste that is so poisonous that it cannot be dumped into the ocean or any water supply.
If you look at the back of any fluoridated toothpaste, you will find a warning saying that if you swallow a pea-sized amount of toothpaste, you are supposed to call the poison control center. According to Dr. Bill Osmunson, a “pea-sized” amount of fluoride is found in every small glass of fluoridated tap water.
The following is a shocking history of fluoride. After reading this, many will agree that it the use of fluoride is incomprehensible and can easily be considered “crimes against humanity”.
1931 Fluoride in drinking water is found to be the cause of brown teeth – now known as dental fluorosis.
1931 H.Trendley Dean of the U.S. Public Health Service initiates studies on fluorides under the jurisdiction of Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon. Mellon is founder of Alcoa aluminum, who is one of the main suppliers of toxic sodium fluoride as a by-product of aluminum manufacture. He publishes a purposely skewed study showing that, at 1ppm, fluoride results in the reduction of tooth decay.
1940 Soviet concentration camps maintained by fluoride administration to inmates to decrease resistance to authority and induce physical deteriorization.
1942 Germany becomes world’s largest producer of aluminum (and Sodium Fluoride)
1943 Researchers from the US Public Health Service examine the health of residents of Bartlett, Texas to see if the 8ppm fluoride in the drinking water was affecting their health. It was checked again in 1953. They find that the death rate in Bartlett was three times higher than a neighboring town which contained 0.4 ppm fluoride.
1943 The Journal of the American Medical Association on September 18, 1943, states, “fluorides are general protoplasmic poisons, changing the permeability of the cell membrane by inhibiting certain enzymes. The exact mechanism of such actions are obscure. The sources of fluorine intoxication are drinking water containing 1ppm or more of fluorine, fluorine compounds used as insecticidal sprays for fruits and vegetables (cryolite and barium fluoro- silicate) and the mining and conversion of phosphate rock to superphosphate, which is used as a fertilizer. That process alone releases approximately 25,000 tons of pure fluorine into the atmosphere annually.”
1944 The city manager of Grand Rapids, Michigan announces that the Michigan State Department of Health is planning a long range experiment with fluoridated water and that Grand Rapids was selected as the location for the experiment. The city commission approves a motion to fluoridate on July 31, and decide it is to begin in January 1945, despite the warning issued three months earlier by the American Dental Association. Grand Rapids becomes the first city in the United States to conduct this experiment. It was to serve as the test city to be compared against un-fluoridated Muskegon for a period of ten years relative to tooth decay, at which time it would be determined whether or not fluoride was “safe and effective.” Dr. H. Trendley Dean was put in charge of the project. The experiment was terminated early with the pronouncement that fluorides in public water supplies was “safe”. See 1945.
1944 Oscar Ewing is put on the payroll of the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA), as an attorney, at an annual salary of $750,000. Within a few months, Ewing was made Federal Security Administrator, with the announcement that he was taking a big cut in salary. The US Public Health Service, then a division of the FSA, comes under the command of Ewing , and he begins to vigorously promote fluoridation nationwide. Ref: May 25-27 Hearings before the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce.
A by-product of aluminum manufacture is toxic. Ewing’s public relations strategist for the fluoride campaign was the nephew of Sigmund Freud, Edward L. Bernays. Bernays conducts a public relations campaign to promote fluorine ingestion by applying Freudian theory to induce public acceptance. It was one of Bernays most successful campaigns.
1944 The Journal of the American Dental Association on October 1, 1944 warned that “We do know that the use of drinking water containing as little as 1.2 to 3.0 ppm of fluorine will cause such developmental disturbances in bones as osteoporosis, and we cannot run the risk of producing such systemic disturbances in applying what at present is a doubtful procedure intended to prevent development of dental disfigurement in children. In the light of our present knowledge or lack of knowledge of the chemistry of the subject, the potentialities for harm far outweigh those for good.”
1945 Newburgh, New York has their water supply fluoridated. Subsequent exams of the children by x-ray reveal that almost 14% have cortical defects in bone, compared to the nearby unfluoridated town of Kingston, where 7.5% have bone defects.
1945 As a result of government propaganda on fluorides, the ten year Michigan study was terminated after 1 year. The fluoride-free control city, Muskegon, was then fluoridated to conceal any differential between the two cities.
1948 Study done in England where bone defects in three groups of school boys were studied. Two groups were from districts where the water supply was practically free of fluorine. The third group was from the town of Launton, where the natural water supply contains 1ppm of fluorine (the same as the level deemed “safe” by the U.S. Public Health Service). X-ray examination revealed that 20 percent of the first two groups had mild non-specific spinal irregularities. In the third group, the one consuming 1ppm fluoride in their water, 64% were found to have spinal defects, and lesions were more severe.
1950 Soviets add fluoride to water in prison system to maintain subservience in the inmate population.
1951 The U.S. Public Health Service, with the cooperation of the American Dental Association, holds a meeting of state dental directors at which the methods for promotion of fluoridation are outlined. A concentration of 1.2 ppm was suggested, and state dental directors were instructed to lie to the public about the toxic effects of sodium fluoride. They were to deliberately misinform the public by relating the presence of “high-fluoride areas” to “less cancer and less polio” – an entire public relations campaign meant to convince the public to allow themselves to be medicated.
1952 The American Dental Association publishes an issue of its Journal instructing its dentists not to discuss their personal opinions about fluoride.
1952 From 1952 to 1956, the cities on the “fluoridation list” began to fluoridate their water supplies. As the process of water fluoridation continued, the cancer death rate of the fluoridated cities began to far exceed the rate of the unfluoridated cities.
1952 US Representative Dr.A.L.Miller, Chairman of the Special Committee on Chemicals and Foods, stated, “I sometimes wonder if ALCOA Aluminum and its subsidiaries might not have a deep interest in getting rid of sodium fluoride, a toxic waste product of the aluminum industry. In this connection it is interesting to note that the person in charge of the public health, Oscar Ewing, is also an attorney for ALCOA.”
1952 82nd Congress, 2nd Session, Hearings of the Select Committee to Investigate Use of Chemicals in Food and Cosmetics. Dr. Miller “The US Dental Association made some examination and recommended to the farmers that fluorine not be added to the water of pregnant sows because it did something to the pigs that were unborn”
Dr. Porterfield “There is more money available for matters that have economic value, than there is for health.”
1954 A study is published which links fluorides and the development of cancer in animals. Ref: A Taylor, “Sodium Fluoride in the Drinking Water of Mice”, Dental Digest, Vol 60, pp170-172.
1954 C.E.Perkins, I.G.Farben chemist, admits fluoride is to reduce resistance in people to authority.
1956 March 1956 issue of the Journal of the American Dental Association, H.C. Hodge remarks, “skeletal deposition of fluoride is a continuing process in which a considerable portion of the ingested fluoride, perhaps 25 to 50%, is deposited in the skeleton.”
1957 In a 1957 AMA report it was stated ” It is too early to know what the effects of artificial fluoridation will be. What is reported as a reduction in dental decay may in fact be a delay in recognition of decay, and reasons given for believing that artificially fluoridated water will have the same effects as water with natural fluoride are not valid.”
1957 Records for New Britain, Connecticut (where the use of industrial fluorides had been in use for 6 years) showed that some of the children’s teeth had been damaged beyond repair where the water is fluoridated. Even when the percentage of industrial fluorine is kept at or below 1 ppm, mottling is produced in 10-15% of the children examined. Mottled teeth are teeth showing symptoms of fluorosis, and the enamel of mottled teeth is brittle and subject to mechanical injury which is difficult or impossible to repair.
1958 In October 1958, Dr. J.F. Montague, a medical doctor, published material reflecting his growing concern over fluoridation in the Journal of the International College of Surgeons, connecting the presence of fluorine in the human body to cancer.
1958 An interesting piece of work was done by Dr. James Kerwin, a dentist, in which it was shown that the simultaneous presence of fluorine and strontium 90 in the human body may result in a greater accumulation of both substances in which compounds like strontium fluoride are formed. Because of the low solubility of these substances, the body has a very hard time getting rid of them. His report was published in Dental Digest in February 1958.
1959 In the report of the proceedings of the 3rd Medical-Dental Conference on the Evaluation of Fluoridation, held on March 7, 1959 in New York City, the committee concluded that “It is apparent that the practice of fluoridation is not the simple, trustworthy procedure that the promoting authorities have given the profession and the public to believe.
Added to the lack of control of fluorides at the consumers tap are these major uncertainties: the gross variation in individual water consumption, the varied intake of fluorides in food and the fluoride intake from atmospheric and occupational exposure. These unpredictable issues make meaningless any talk about “controlled individual fluorine intake.” Most, if not all of this research has been buried by the authorities, who maintain glibly that “fluoride compounds are safe in the water supply”.
1959 Fluorides were used as an enzyme inhibitor in a study by J.D. Ebert that was published in 1959 on the metabolic pathways by which organs in an embryo are formed. In low concentrations, he found that sodium fluoride blocked almost completely the regions destined to form muscle, primarily affecting the heart muscle. In higher concentrations, it caused the entire embryo to disintegrate in a clear-cut pattern, starting with the heart-forming region.
1959 As early as 1959, the knowledge existed that the presence of fluoride in human bodies hastens the absorption of radioactive substances present in the environment. In a report to the Atomic Energy Commission’s Division of Biology and Medicine entitled “The Metabolism of Alkaline Earth Metals by Bone” by F.W. Lengemann, professor of chemistry at the University of Tennessee on March 23, 1959, it was scientifically shown that the presence of fluorine and other environmental substances such as lead and cyanide in the human body increased the ratio of strontium 90 to calcium in bone.
1959 The Ontario Minister of Health, Dr. Dymond, announced that no further fluoridation would be permitted there, because “no one knows for sure what the effect is to persons given fluoride throughout a lifetime.”
1959 In research conducted on the incidence of Mongolism in cities in Wisconsin, Illinois and the Dakotas published in 1959 in the official publication of the French Academy of Medicine, it was found that as the percentage of fluorides in the water rose, there was a parallel rise in the incidence of Mongoloid births.
The age of the mothers giving birth to Mongoloid babies also declined with rising fluoride levels. It is interesting that in the first three years of fluoridation, New Britain, Connecticut experienced a 150% rise in still births.
1960 The American Dental Association issued a pamphlet for public consumption called Fluoridation Facts: Answers to Criticisms of Fluoridation. In defense of the use of toxic fluoride compounds in public water supplies (which is a grievous crime against humanity, since it means mandated involuntary public medication), they used the logic that “people have been known to live to a ripe old age” in areas where the water supply is fluoridated.
Unfortunately, they neglected to mention that the addition of fluoride to the water supply correlated directly with the number of still births, mongoloid children, brittle teeth and enlarged dental root structures, adverse spinal conditions, osteomalacia (softening of the bones) and osteoporosis (abnormally porous and spaced structure inside bone) in the medicated population as opposed to control populations that were unmedicated.
1961 In Great Britain, Dr. R.A.Holman of the Royal Institute of Pathology discussed fluoride poisoning in an article in the April 15, 1961 issue of the British Medical Journal. He noted that the long-term effects of sodium fluoride ingestion needed much more investigation. He said “Fluoride is a well-known inhibitor of several enzyme systems”.
1963 A study is published which links fluorides and development of cancer in animals. Ref: Irwin Herskowitz and Isabel Norton “Increased Incidence of Melanotic Tumors…Following Treatment with Sodium Fluoride”, Genetics, Vol 48, pp307-310.
1971 Germany bans water fluoridation.
1973 Netherlands bans water fluoridation.
1974 The Safe Water Drinking Act is passed. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) sets maximum contamination levels (MCL) for various water pollutants, including sodium fluoride. The EPA sets the fluoride contamination level at an unbelievable 1.4 ppm for “warmer climates” and up to 2.4 ppm for “colder climates”. Furthermore, the American Dental Association begins pressuring the EPA to raise the MCL for fluoride in public water to 8 ppm, when it is fully known that systemic damage occurs below 1 pmm.
The National Drinking Water Advisory Council refuses to recommend raising the fluoride MCL, and came close to recommending its lowering. However, the EPA farmed out research work to ICAIR Life Systems, which issues a fraudulent report (confirmed by ICAIR employee Dr. John Beaver). The report is woven into the US EPA report on fluoride, resulting in the EPA recommendation of MCL for sodium fluoride in public water to be 4 ppm.
1975 Dr. John Yiamouyiannis publishes a preliminary survey which shows that people in fluoridated areas have a higher cancer death rate than those in non-fluoridated areas. The National Cancer Institute attempts to refute the studies.
Later in 1975, Yiamouyiannis joins with Dr. Dean Burk, chief chemist of the National Cancer Institute (1939-1974) in performing other studies which are then included in the Congressional Record by Congressman Delaney. Delaney was the original author of the Delaney Amendment, which prohibited the addition of cancer-causing substances to food used for human consumption. Both reports confirmed the existence of a link between fluoridation and cancer.
1976 Dr. D.W.Allman and co-workers from Indiana University School of Medicine feed animals 1 part-per-million (ppm) fluoride and notice the urinary levels and tissue levels of a substance called cyclic AMP (adenosine monophosphate) increased by more than 100%. They also found that in the presence of aluminum in a concentration as small as 20 parts per billion, fluoride is able to cause an even larger increase in cyclic AMP levels.
1977 The Congressional Subcommitee on Intergovernmental Relations convenes two (2) full Congressional Hearings on the subject of fluorides. During the hearing, it was proven that:
1. The “scientific efforts” of those promoting fluoridation were fraudulent, and
2. Other existing studies proved beyond a doubt that approximately 10,000 excess cancer deaths per year could be attributed to fluoridation in the United States.
1977 Congressional representative L.H. Fountain, chairman of the 1977 Sub- Committee Hearings on Fluoride, states that “the carcinogenic nature of fluoride remains unanswered” and orders the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS – who is in on the fluoride conspiracy anyway) “to conduct animal studies to see if fluoride causes cancer”.
Dr. Herman Kraybill, from the National Cancer Institute (who in 1972 had been chosen by NCI to write a memo saying that fluorides do not cause cancer) was placed in charge of these studies. Kraybill boldly states, “this will be the final study to confirm negativity of fluoride ions in carcinogenesis.” He cites 13 studies having nothing to do with the subject of fluorides and cancer in order to support his claim that “no link between fluorides and cancer existed.” (NCI Director Dr. Arthur Upton later admitted the 13 studies had nothing to do with the subject of the study). 1977 Congressional Hearings were held in which Dr.Yiamouyiannis and Dr. Burk were able to show that the increase in deaths were due to water fluoridation. At the conclusion of the hearings, Representative Fountain and his committee instructed the United States Public Health Service (well known by now for questionable and dangerous medical advisory practices which benefit the medical and pharmaceutical industries) to conduct animal studies to “determine whether or not fluoride causes cancer”.
1978 The German magazine Stern reports on the Turkish village of Kizilcaoern, where the drinking water contains 5ppm fluorides. All of the children have brown teeth. Women produce dead babies after only four months of pregnancy. All the inhabitants suffer from tremendous premature aging. The same fluoride-related brittle-bone disorders have been observed among people drinking water with as little as 0.7 ppm fluoride.
1978 A court case was won in Pennsylvania that proved fluoridation was harmful and resulted in a ban. It received great publicity, much to the concern of the American Dental Association and the industry. (See 1979)
1979 In order to counteract the tide of truth on fluorides, the American Dental Association (ADA) issues a “white paper” on fluoridation. It characterizes opponents of public water fluoridation as “uninformed, self-styled experts whose qualifications for speaking out on such a scientific issue as fluoridation were practically nonexistent, or whose motivation was self-serving.”
1979 The January 20th edition of the New York Times carries a story in which a child was killed because of a lethal dose of fluoride at a city dental clinic. The parents were awarded $750,000.
1979 Dr.W.L. Gabler and Dr.P.A.Long at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center find that as little as 0.2 ppm fluoride in the body (the “safe” level for public water supplies is 1.0 ppm, 8 times higher) stimulates superoxide production in resting white blood cells. This seriously depresses the ability of white blood cells to destroy pathogenic agents. Superoxide in the bloodstream also gives rise to tissue damage and acceleration of the aging process. 1979 On November 11th, up to 50ppm fluoride was dumped into the Annapolis Maryland water supply, resulting in the poisoning of 50,000 people. Many died of heart failure during the week following the spill.
1981 Dr.Robert Clark from the Boston University Medical Center shows that fluorides (as in fluoridated water supplies, toothpaste, etc) stimulate granule formation and oxygen consumption in white blood cells when they were not challenged with a foreign agent, but inhibited these processes when the white blood cell needed them to fight off foreign agents. Ref: “Neutrophil Iodination Reaction Induced by Fluoride: Implications for Degranulation and Metabolic Activation” Blood, Vol 57, pp913-921, 1981.
1983 A symposium takes place at the University of Michigan after years of planning between the US Dept of Health and Human Services, the USPHS Michigan state health plans, the Kellogg Foundation, and Medical Products Labs. The purpose is to “discuss the status of organized opposition to fluoridation, to analyze probable motives influencing the anti-fluoride movement, to develop political and legal strategies for the defense and promotion of fluoridation, and to assess the need for a national fluoridation strategy.”
1984 The 1984 issue of Clinical Toxicology of Commercial Products indicates that 1/10 oz of fluoride in the human body is lethal for a 100 pound adult human. Fluoride toothpaste contains up to 1mg/gram of fluoride. A whole tube contains about 199 mg of fluoride – enough to kill a 25-pound child. Tooth brushing causes ingestion of 0.25 mg/day.
1984 Researchers in Japan were achieving some degree of understanding about fluorides consumption and human cancer. Dr. Takeki Tsutsui of the Nippon Dental College showed in 1984 that “fluoride caused not only genetic damage but was also capable of transforming normal human cells into cancer cells.”
In Dr.Tsutsui’s study, the level of fluoride used was the same level that the United States National Cancer Institute suggested should be used in a study to determine whether fluoridation of public water supplies causes cancer. The level of fluoride deemed “safe” by the United States in 1 ppm. The researchers in Japan found that cells treated with fluoride produced cancer.
1985 Dental hygienists, psychiatrists, public relations experts, education specialists and psychologists (no scientists) form “The American Oral Health Institute” and release a book “Abuse of the Scientific Literature in an Antifluoridation Pamphlet”. In it they attack scientific data relative to fluoride and those who oppose its use in the public water supply. An examination of the book, ironically, revealed “abuse of scientific literature” on the part of the authors, who demonstrated their lack of scientific expertise and themselves were guilty of deception and misrepresentation of scientific fact.
1989 On March 30, 1989, the California Department of Health Services reported that Niagara brand bottled water was found to contain 450ppm fluoride. The state health director, Kenneth Kizer, warned residents that consumption could be fatal.
1989 Dr.Yiamouyiannis used the Freedom of Information Act to obtain carcinogenicity studies conducted by Proctor and Gamble (one of the makers of fluoridated toothpaste) that were submitted to (and covered up by) the United States Public Health Service.
These studies showed dose dependent cell abnormalities caused by fluoride. These results were reported in the February 22, 1990 issue of the Medical Tribune. Additional studies by Proctor and Gamble scientists confirmed the link between oral precancerous growth and fluoride, as well as an increase in osteomas (bone tumors) and osteosarcomas (bone cancer).
In fact, the National Cancer Institute found in 1991 that the incidence of bone cancer was 50% higher in men ages 0-19 years of age exposed to fluoridated water compared to those who were not.
1989 A study by Hildebolt, et al. on 6,000 school children contradicts any alleged benefit from the use of sodium fluorides.
1989 On February 23, 1989, Battelle released the results of its study of fluorides on mice. A most curious result of the study, from the USPHS point of view, was that fluoride induced the occurrence of an extremely rare form of liver cancer, called hepatocholangio carcinoma, in fluoride-treated male and female mice. Two months later in April of 1989, Battelle released the results of its study of fluorides and rats. The study showed a dose-dependent relationship between the incidence of oral cancerous tumors and fluorides.
As a response to the Battelle study, the National Cancer Institute from examined the incidence of oral cancer in fluoridated and non-fluoridated countries over the period from 1973 to 1987. The National Cancer Institute study found that as exposure to fluoridation increases, so does the incidence of oral cancer; sometimes as much as a 50% increase in oral cancer rates occur in fluoridated areas. This translates to 8,000 new cases of oral and pharyngeal cancer per year, needless pain and suffering and a financial windfall to the medical and pharmaceutical factions that concern themselves with treatment.
1990 The National Toxicology Program issues a Press Release with data confirming findings of a link between fluoride and osteosarcomas as well as higher rates of oral cancer in rats. (January 1990)
1990 The American Dental Association issues a Press Release which states “water fluoridation remains the safest, most effective, and most economical public health measure to reduce tooth decay.”
1990 The National Toxicology Program in February 1990 releases its pathological data tables with a cover letter which, in a turnabout, claims “there has not been any evidence that shows a relationship between fluoridation and cancer or any other diseases in humans”, and “water fluoridation has proven highly effective in improving the nation’s dental health by markedly reducing tooth decay”.
The NTP final report, issued in March, omitted all studies which showed genetic damage from fluorides, and important studies showing that fluorides induce tumors and cancers were ignored. Kraybill, head of the NTP study, becomes a consultant to the American Council of Science and Health (ACSH), who threatens to sue the EPA if it “tries to undermine public confidence in fluoride.”
1990 Dr. John Colquhoun in New Zealand is forced into early retirement in New Zealand after he conducts a study on 60,000 school children and finds no difference in tooth decay between fluoridated and unfluoridated areas. He additionally finds that a substantial number of children in fluoridated areas suffered from dental fluorosis. He makes the study public.
1990 The September 14th issue of Newsweek reports that the study performed by Battelle Memorial Institute under Congressional mandate to look into fluorides and animal cancer (that found a connection) was refused for publication by the Journal of the National Cancer Institute.
1992 Michael Perrone, a legislative assistant in New Jersey, contacts the FDA requesting all information regarding the safety and effectiveness of fluoride tablets and drops. After 6 months of stalling, the FDA admitted they had no data to show that fluoride tablets or drops were either safe or effective. They informed Perrone that they will “probably have to pull the tablets and drops off the market.”

Studies by Doctors H.S. Brown, D.R. Bishop and C.A. Rowan in the early 1980s demonstrated that an average of 64% of the total dose of waterborne contaminants, such as fluoride, are absorbed through the skin. Fluoride is so toxic, that if a 5 gallon bucket were to be dumped in the ocean, it would kill all nearby sea life.
A study by Professor Julian Andelman, Professor of Water Chemistry at the University of Pittsburg’s Graduate School of Public Health, “found less chemical exposure from drinking the water than from using it to wash clothes or take a shower or a dip in the swimming pool”. Every time you take a shower or go for a swim, you will be soaking it up. The percentage for skin absorption are as follows: Scalp – 32%, Ear Canal – 46%, Forehead – 36%, Plant of Foot – 13%, Forearm – 9%, Palm – 12%, Male Scrotum – 100%.
Dr. Dean Burk, Chief Chemist Emeritus of the National Cancer Institute published a paper in 1975 that detailed an increase in cancer deaths in fluoridated areas. According to Burk, “In point of fact, fluoride causes more cancer, and causes it faster, than any other chemical”.
Fluoride is NOT essential. In 1979, the FDA required the deletion of all government references previously classifying fluoride as “essential or probably essential”, (Federal Register, March 16, 1979, page 16006).
Robert Carton, PhD formerly President of the union of Government Scientists working at the US Environmental Protection Agency said: “Water fluoridation is the greatest case of scientific fraud of this century, if not of all time.” In 1997, more than 1,000 members of this union working at USEPA HQ in Washington DC, who are directly responsible for the US Safe Drinking Water Act, voted UNANIMOUSLY to ban water fluoridation. Their bosses are not listening.
There is not a single scientific or laboratory study from anywhere in the world which proves that fluoridation reduces tooth decay in humans. There are, however, hundreds of published scientific papers which show that water fluoridation is dangerous to human, animal, plant and aquatic life, which is no surprise, since fluoride is more toxic than lead and only marginally less so than arsenic. (Clinical Toxicology of Commercial Products, 5th ed., Gosselin, et al, 1984.).
“Fluorides are general protoplasmic poisons, probably because of their capacity to modify the metabolism of cells by changing the permeability of the cell membrane and by inhibiting certain enzyme system. The sources of fluorine intoxication are drinking water containing 1 ppm or more of fluorine, fluorine compounds used as insecticidal sprays for fruits and vegetables (cryolite and barium fluosilicate) and the mining and conversion of phosphate rock to superphosphate, which is used as fertilizer. The fluorine content of phosphate rock, about 25% of the fluorine present, is volatilized and represents a pouring into the atmosphere of approximately 25,000 tons of pure fluorine annually. The known effects of chronic fluorine intoxication are those of hypophasia of the teeth, which has been called mottled enamel, and of bone sclerosis.” Journal of the American Medical Association, editorial, September 18, 1943 (123:50)
Hitler’s rumored connection to using fluoridated the water in Nazi prison camps.:
“When the Nazis under Hitler decided to go into Poland, both the German General Staff and the Russian General Staff exchanged scientific and military ideas, plans, and personnel, and the scheme of mass control through water medication was seized upon by the Russian Communists because it fitted ideally into their plan to communize the world. …
“I was told of this entire scheme by a German chemist who was an official of the great IG Farben chemical industries and was also prominent in the Nazi movement at the time. I say this with all the earnestness and sincerity of a scientist who has spent nearly 20 years` research into the chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology of fluorine–any person who drinks artificially fluoridated water for a period of one year or more will never again be the same person mentally or physically.” CHARLES E. The first occurrence of fluoridated drinking water on Earth was found in Germany’s Nazi prison camps. The Gestapo had little concern about fluoride’s supposed effect on children’s teeth; their alleged reason for mass-medicating water with sodium fluoride was to sterilize humans and force the people in their concentration camps into calm submission. Chemtrails now contain fluoride. Researcher Dane Wigington recently stated that the last 60 water tests from Norway and Germany have contained fluoride in the results and is not the result from any industrial process or processing. It is interesting to note that water fluoridation is not allowed in either of these countries.
As colonized people we are accustomed to the traditional pattern of eating different types of food at the same time (i.e. your customary “meat and three”) during your normal setting of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
That is a part of the average American diet.
But have you ever considered the possibility that consuming certain foods at the same time may be DAMNING to you health? You may not realize it, but you may be practicing improper food combining techniques.
As a matter of fact, I GUARANTEE that you are not practicing the proper techniques of food combining. And don’t try to be smart and think cutting your meals down from three to one a day is saving your butt either.
If you eat Chicken Fried Rice for lunch and that’s your only meal of the day, you’re still going to be F***ED UP. Trust me.
You MUST know what foods are good to eat together REGARDLESS.
Food combining is THE practice of combining the right types of foods together for a proper digestion for your body. Digestion can be a very complex procedure and must be taken very seriously. Improper food combining can lead to some very serious problems to your body.
According to Dr. Afrika in African Holistic Health:
“Digestion is a sequence or chain reaction of enzymes that require specific strengths of alkaline and/or acid enzymes. Wrong food combining interrupts, blocks, and stops the sequence. This results in putrefaction and fermentation of foods. Wrong food combinations end the building of cells and immunity and start the destruction of cells and immunity. Wrong food combination causes colds, allergies, skin eruptions, clogged veins and arteries, constipation, diarrhea, bad breath, plaque on teeth, coated tongue, diseases, stomach gas, addiction, mood swings, and irritability. Wrong food combinations make chemicals such as vinegar, alcohol, and salts. Consequently, the person becomes addicted to the chemicals the make inside their body, crave them and use them to season foods (i.e. vinegar, salt, wine, etc.) “
This is a good NOT great food combining chart. For instance, for those of you who continue to partake of the animal flesh, meat SHOULD be eaten alone. If you remember from the post E.D. vs E.L.: The Importance of an Alkaline Diet , meat is acid-based so it needs acidic enzymes to be broken down. As mentioned in the chart above, meat CAN be eaten with certain vegetables that lack protein. But there is a STRONG possibility that the meat will not be properly digested anyway.
General rules to abide by, per African Holistic Health:
EAT MEAT ALONE, for all meat eaters still out there.
Never mix starches with meat (i.e. hamburgers and hotdogs, meat and potatoes/rice, etc.)
Never mix sugars with starches (i.e. honey, maple syrup, molasses, etc.)
Never mix oil with starches (i.e. fried potatoes or meats)
Never mix sweet fruits with green fruits (cucumbers, squash, okra)

Makes all of those holidays that shouldn’t matter to BLACK FOLKS (i.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Memorial Day, etc.) less tasty and joyful, huh?

Well if you need food that KILLS you to create peaceful (and I use the term loosely) family gatherings and interactions, then what kind of family bond does your family REALLY have?

The European/Caucasian medical standard DOES NOT EFFECTIVELY comprehend the physical and spiritual abilities of food and how it affects not only the AFRICAN BODY, but everyone else as well.
In fact, it wasn’t meant to.It was designed that way to maintain the CURRENT PARADIGM.
Whether you realize it or not, the puppeteers who are actually pulling the strings understood/understand this science and have known about it for THOUSANDS OF YEARS. As they say in the good book, “there is nothing new under the sun.” They have only taken (more like stolen) this information and used it against us over time.
(And for the life of me, I STILL don’t know how that is possible.)
We’re talking about warfare on a very elementary level that we take for granted every time we put something in our mouths. Elementary school is where the foundation of our learning is set. Our foundation as a people, the more we discover, is actually weaker than we realize with the more information and knowledge we obtain when it concerns just our FOOD CONSUMPTION.
I was reading a some comments on a YouTube video I was watching recently. I came across a comment stating that essentially there were no true blacks leaders living to bring about change because if there were, they would already be dead! All the so-called black leaders are agents!
I do agree that most, if NOT ALL, of the black leaders promoted on the MAINSTREAM level by the ESTABLISHMENT are not our TRUE leaders. They are definitely PROXIES.
But there are many leaders who are underground that are truly concerned about the well-being and liberation of BLACK-MELANATED PEOPLE, such as Dr. Phil Valentine, Bobby Hemmitt, Llaila Afrika, Dr. Sebi, Dick Gregory, the recently-deceased Dr. Delbert Blair, and many others. There were other leaders who have passed on who were not as well-known as the Malcolm Xs and Martin Luther Kings (the very few MAINSTREAM leaders who were NOT PROXIES) of their day and since who were just as impactful if NOT more.
John Henrik Clarke, Dr. Yosef Ben-Jochannan, Chancellor Williams, Dr. Amos Wilson, the list goes on and on.
You think, ” With all these leaders around to help bring about our LIBERATION, why hasn’t it happened yet?”
Somewhere along the line we, the rest of the BLACKS, bought into the LIE OF INTEGRATION.
Our CONSCIOUSNESS changed, which id exhibited through our CONSUMPTION.
When the majority of US decides to change OUR CONSUMPTION on ALL FRONTS, that is when we will finally rise.
When we entertainourselves to a REALITY that is NOT our own, we become EMPTY IMITATIONS.
When we work to build another man’s FORTUNE, we SUCK ourselves dry of the ENERGY needed to FIGHT and IMPROVE OUR OWN PLIGHT!
We need to be the leaders. It’s not reasonable or fair to depend on one man or woman to lead us when that load should be shared amongst the MULTITUDE, especially when that MULTITUDE’S CONSUMPTION is not up to par.
And personally, I understand if there is hesitancy in those who wish to come out and lead because of that reason.

On a chemical level, these chemicals attach to MELANIN because they have similar structures or functional groups to MELANIN. So when they come within contact to it, there is a chemical reaction. The reaction produces a hybrid, a new mixture similar to both parties before the reaction but different from any one of the two original chemicals.
Ultimately, your MELANIN depolymerizes (changing its polarity), making it weak and useless to your body.
This process can be understood in detail when discussing alkaloids.

Mentioned in previous posts, melatonin and serotonin produced by the pineal gland are alkaloids (class of nitrogen based chemicals.) Alkaloids reacts to salt, which is created when an acid and alkaline substance interact. These salts are used to maintain stable nerves, water balance, regulate the blood volume, are essential for digestion enzymes, hormones, control thickness of the blood (coagulation), pressure inside cells (osmotic), respiratory pigments and acid-base balance (from Melanin: What Makes Black People Black.)
(This is NOT the same as table salt, which is POISON to your body, BLACK MAN/WOMAN. these are salts of sulfates, phosphates, chloride, carbonates, bicarbonates which are combined with calcium, magnesium, and potassium.)
The alkaloids serotonin and melatonin contain a similar structure as other alkaloids, such as benzene, creating a reaction. The aromatic benzene structure (a major component in gasoline production!) cause the melanin hormones to easily chemically merge with dangerous drugs such as crack, Ritalin, cocaine, caffeine, codeine, morphine, etc. BLACKS with their higher melanin content are twice as likely to be addicted to SYNTHETIC DRUGS (as well as DENATURED, ARTIFICIAL FOODS) than any other race. These DRUGS kill the mind and body of BLACK people, specifically, negatively acting on their MELANIN PRODUCTION.
The addictions and cravings for INORGANIC (not carbon-based), UNNATURAL substances of BLACK-MELANATED individuals are amplified due our MELANIN CONTENT.
It’s imperative that we understand MELANIN to better understand OURSELVES! We have to educate ourselves on this before time runs out.
Get the books, scour the internet, do the research yourself! At some point, there has to be a group of US that can create an endeavor/system that can be implemented to properly educate our people on this topic. We have to overcome FEAR to do that.
Because as I speak at this very moment, our MELANIN is being used against us to keep us under control and from realizing our FULL POTENTIAL as a people. Creating this endless cycle of physical and spiritual destruction…

I went to the farmer’s market a couple a weeks ago and noticed the fruit pictured below:
Looks good!
That’s jackfruit for those not familiar with the fruit. At first I was skeptical about trying the fruit due to unfamiliarity and the cost at $0.89 a pound, which the average jackfruit can weigh between 10 to 100 pounds. That’s a pretty penny to spend on something you’ve never eaten before.
But I did my research and came back to the farmer’s market the couple of days ago and decided to throw in $17 to expand my horizons.
In my opinion, it was WORTH it.
The taste and even the aroma is OUT OF THIS WORLD!
Very tropical flavor; to the few who are familiar with the fruit, it reminds them Juicy Fruit chewing gum!
(Rumor has it that Juicy Fruit stole its flavor from jackfruit.)
It’s like mangoes, bananas, pineapples mixed together to create this wonderful, underrated, and still relatively unknown fruit.
But it’s slowly becoming popular in the vegan/vegetarian community as a meat-substitute for vegans (not me, though!) It’s also good for making sauces, salads, desserts, various food dishes, and especially smoothies which is delicious! And many, many more uses.
These are just a few of the health benefits to jackfruit:

There’s another term to use when describing foods that are ARTIFICIAL, PROCESSED, and DENATURED.
DEHYDRATED!
DEHYDRATED FOODS HAVE NO WATER CONTENT (obviously!)
And we all know that signs of water signal there is LIFE!
Foods without WATER will steal it from your body to be broken down and digested. Thus it is stealing your LIFE just to be processed by the body.
The dehydrated potato chips, cookies, bread, meat, and even dried fruits and vegetables that we ASSUME is healthy will STEAL our LIFELINE OF WATER to be properly digested.
Even my favorite snack of all: Skinny Pop popcorn and roasted green peas.
Fresh produce DOES NOT need any more WATER than it already has within it to be digested, if eaten RAW, STEAMED, or slightly SAUTEED with its WATER CONTENT still intact. Also, the ENERGY/INFORMATION/ LIFE provided by the SUN is located within the WATER CONTENT of that fresh fruit or veggie.
Your body’s internal organs will be very appreciative of the fact you’re eating fresh produce; it won’t feel OVERWORKED and USED because they can keep most it not all of their WATER CONTENT during the process.
AND…they are receiving something in RETURN from the ORIGINAL LIFE/LIGHT SOURCE.
It’s a GIVE and TAKE relationship, baby! Just like a INTIMATE relationship. Or any type of relationship for that matter.
Does that make sense? It makes sense to me.
You wonder why we have to drink SO MUCH WATER during the day. If we eat alot of DEHYDRATED foods than we have to replace that LOST WATER.
But then we replace it with poisoned water that contains FLUORIDE AND LEAD AND WHAT EVER ELSE THEY ARE HIDING!!

Recently I started my own vegetable garden. Very interesting experience I can tell you that. And fun as well. I put down some squash, zucchini, corn, Swiss chard, field peas (black-eyed peas), watermelon, cantaloupe, and some herbs and spices. These crops are best suited to grow this time of year; obviously these are the crops that will have ALL the nutrients that it needs, are fully matured, and will more than likely become RIPE aka sweet.
There are crops that are suited best for fall and winter harvest (most of your green veggies) and there are crops that are best suited for spring and summer harvest (most of your fruits.)
So my question is how in the HELL are grocery stores and farmer’s markets able to sell food that is NOT IN SEASON?
The quick answer would be that these crops were probably imported from other parts of the United States and/or from countries within the Southern Hemisphere, which experience seasons in reverse to those in the Northern Hemisphere. Which makes sense…
But what is the consequences of eating crops in an ENVIRONMENT that is not fit to yield that crop during the time when it’s NOT IN SEASON THERE?
What are the effects to the BODY, MIND, and SOUL that occurs when this takes place?
Will you able to get ALL of the benefits of the crops during that time?
When it comes to BUYING produce from third parties instead of self-gardening, we figure that if it’s available and we have a taste for it at that particular moment, what harm will come to us besides PESTICIDES and/or GMOs?
It’s FRESH PRODUCE, and we need our FRUITS and VEGETABLES, right? That’s what I’ve been preaching, right?
There is a possibility that certain produce are NOT to be consumed during certain times of the year depending on where you are on the planet.
It may not kill you, but it also may not benefit you as well.
I am treating this piece as a performance art piece, not a blog post. Each time someone from the animal rights/vegan community wants to write an article about how white the animal rights/vegan movement is, I hope that they choose one person from this list to write an article about instead.
This list is not in any particular order, and it is not meant to be completely exhaustive.
